Angela Hesse

Angela Hesse grew up on a farm in southern Minnesota. She is the youngest sister of three brothers. Since Angela was young, she was involved in piano, dance, 4-H, and every sport possible. She always loved singing karaoke, and making up songs and dances. Angela says she remembers seeing the music video for “Any Man of Mine” by Shania Twain for the first time when she was just five, and knew right then and there that she wanted to be involved with music. You can hear Shania’s influence in Angela’s music, and she’s never been confined to any one style of music. You’ll hear her sing anything from “You Make Glitter Rain On Me,” which has a Kelly Clarkson vibe, to songs like “Cut Loose,” which talks about shooting guns, and drinking whiskey, in the style of Miranda Lambert. Angela’s passionate side also comes out in songs like “He Smiles.”
Angela Hesse went to college and got a Vocal Performance degree, but was always dreaming of moving to Nashville, TN. As soon as she was finished with school, she moved to Nashville, and is continuing to pursue her dreams. She recently completed a radio tour, and has also done several benefit concerts for various charities and organizations. Her shows consist of her own original songs, as well as covers that every audience member loves to sing along to.
