Abrams, 23, ended the R&B-themed evening with a mix of cover songs and original music. Abrams, who graduated from CSUN in 2011 in music industry studies, said she used to frequent the Pub in her days as a student and felt nostalgic when coming to perform.
“I actually played in the Pub as a student two or three years ago,” Abrams said. “It’s fun to be here not as a student and playing again for my friends and CSUN students.”

Born and bred in recording
studios and dance studios, LA-native Angelica is a singer, producer, writer, and dancer who lives to speak life into the hearts of people around the world. An artist with a passion and drive to communicate hope through art, she works in all avenues of music and entertainment.
Dancing since three,
playing piano since four, and finding her love for writing and singing at nine-she determined at twelve to make a career as an artist.
Having developed an amazing ear for music early on, she began tinkering with Reason, DP, Logic, and Protools. She wrote, produced, and recorded songs for her first album at just 16 years old, featuring her wide vocal range. As a teenager, with a camera faithfully in-hand, she always was intrigued with film-making, creating many short films, commercials, and videos to go along with her music and express her silly fanciful imagination. She also expressed herself through dance, trained in ballet, tap, and hip-hop and began teaching and choreographing at 14.
Deciding to go to college before launching herself full-force into the entertainment industry-she worked hard and completed her degree in Music Industry Studies at Cal State Northridge, all while forming bands, writing music, and performing. She created a whole live
experience including full band arrangements, choreography for background
dancers, costuming, and multi-media backgrounds.
Currently in the final stages of completing her second solo album, Angelica is excited to share her recent musical journey with the world. With the unique ability to switch hats from artist to producer, she also works as a producer for other artists. She enjoys helping other artists bring their musical visions to life. Continuing to create and collaborate with musicians, film-makers, and writers, she is on an endless endeavor to create content that inspires people everywhere.
