The Live Show of “Angie and the Cool Network” is a unique production of Vocal Jazz, improvisational piano, and soul music with tons of emotion. If you want to describe what the Durham based band, “Angie and the Cool Network”, is like in concert, imagine Tina Turner performing in concert with Ella Fitzgerald and Nina Simone. The band includes Eric Meyer(bass), Motown legend Carl McDaniel(guitar), Platinum songwriter for Vanessa Williams, Kenni Hairston(keys), Kyle Duppstadt(drums). Vocals by, Angie C a songwriter and Billboard Charting recording artist who began singing at the age of 4 in New York.
Angie and the Cool Network are a musical treasure chest. She writes about life; the blues, fear, frustration, God, love, strength, sex, and courage. Angie touches your soul. She has appeared with gospel artist Donnie McClurkin, and jazz pianist Michael Camilo. Her musical roots are planted deep in the church and keeps her standing firm as an artist of great distinction and mental fortitude.

Angie hopes her voice can inspire others "to think about their life experiences and be grateful for what we take for granted, freedom, family, health, and so many other things." Angie says, "perhaps my music may inspire people to get out of bad relationships. Perhaps my music may inspire people to think positively and be encouraged, in spite of negativity, to seek strength emotionally, mentally, and spiritually."
