Bio
Anie is a multi-media project born in the bedrooms and basements of Sacramento, California. It's an ambitious venture, for which the band 'Anie' is only a portion. It draws inspiration from the concept of unrequited desire. Within every interaction, and every image we have of one another, there's an amount we color in ourselves in an effort to see the things we want. Love. Fulfillment. Adventure. Anything and everything at all. But what happens when our search for the elusive leads us to another wanderer? Every once in a while, we find them: the people that can make us whole again. They seem to embody the remedy for our troubles- the cure for our shortcomings and the key to moving forward. But people are illusory in and of themselves. And so begins the chase, the plunge into darkness and the unknown. Everyone is looking for something, or someone, and until it's found, it burns on within all of us.
Anie is about a girl. She's near and dear to your heart. You just haven't met her yet.
