Annex Black

_____________________The History of Annex Black________________ Jesse...was born in a small village outside of Okinawa, Japan. At 6' tall (a full 2.5' taller than the average Asian male), Jesse's basketball skills never made it past the 3rd grade (lucky for you, his musical skills graduated to the 4th), leaving him to find other means to differentiate himself. After trying his hand at karate, the limbo, and mathematics, he finally stumbled on to some success. It turns out he was a tremendous hit doing karaoke at the local airport bar. He later met Matt at "Federal Booby Inspector" convention in the Swiss Alps. The two hit it off immediately and the rest will be history as soon as it happens. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Matt...grew up in the basement of a servant's quarters in South Africa. He initially dedicated his life to fighting for apartheid and keeping up the other injustices of the world. Matt later rescinded his stance on apartheid when he realized that apartheid had nothing to do with lolly-pops or sushi bars. Being the self-proclaimed "best dancer" in the band, Matt studied dance at Julliard (not THE Julliard) in Omaha Nebraska. Living in Omaha for 2/3 of 1/2 of 8/9 of 1 year of his life, Matt fell in love with white rappers and vowed that he would form "the next" 311. Ofcourse, this plan failed horribly, so he joined the FBI and went to the Alps. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grant or "Cerdo"...learned to play the bass while spending 17 hours/day in front of the TV watching reruns of "The Beverly Hill Billies". Admittedly, he still has a crush on Grandma, and is hoping to one day meet her when the band, "gets big". He was born and raised in the tropical village of Mankato, MN, and has never been more than 13 inches outside the city limit sign. He enjoys skateboarding, duck hunting, basket weaving, skate weaving, duck boarding, and basket hunting. His goal in life is to be, "One of the top ten basist to ever play with Annex Black." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eric...like the rest of the band, Eric is a male. Another amazing similarity Eric has with the rest of the band is that he, like Jesse, Matt, and Grant, was also born. Unlike the rest, however, Eric grew up. He is now a previously born, grown-up male. There are no records on Eric, so we are unsure where he was born. It is possible, and highly speculated that he hails from a far off land known only as "South Dakota", which we can only assume translates to, "Land that falls below North Dakota". Eric enjoys girls, boys, ducks, and cauliflauer.
