Annika Fehling has 5 critically acclaimed albums currently to her credit. Her 6th solo album "Happy on the Red" was released February 2005. The first single "Megaphone" is still being played extensively on national Swedish and Danish radio, and the second single "Already Home" is on hot rotation. This inspiring collection of 11 original songs features tracks written with Irish writers John Hurley and Philip Donnelly. Annika will tour internationally in support of "Happy on the Red".

Annika grew up with a love of music and was greatly influenced by her father, the jazz piano player Clas Fehling. After a successful career as an actress in films, TV, and theatre, she returned to her music. Her 1996 album "JazzFehlings" was critically acclaimed in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Japan. As a result, Annika toured with notable jazzbands Wisby Big Band and Swingin' Wisby in Norway, Finland, Greece and Sweden to enthusiastic response.

Regular TV and radio appearances reflect Annikas success and standing as a performer.
Among her many credits she also competed in the finals of the 1998 Melody Festival of Sweden, represented her country at the World Expo Hannover 2000 , was nominated for the Gotland Culture Prize 2003, and recieved the honor of the STIM-prize 2004.

From fiery jazz vocal interpreter Annika evolved into passionate folk pop songwriter and artist, releasing her first solo record "Älskar Du?" (Do You Love?) 1997. One review written by PK at Ekstra Bladet Copenhagen said of this effort "- She gets under your skin with her own individual style;a blend of folk, pop, soul and jazz...highly talented..."

Always seeking to grow as an artist Annika has struck many creative alliances. Much of her work has contributed to the growth of the european songwriting community.
Together with her collegue Ruediger Kebe the concept SLOW FOOD MUSIC was created, initiating Home Concerts in Germany and Sweden. Annika and Ruediger recorded their CD "Orange" 2004 and toured all over Europe in support of its release.

Collaboration with friend singer-songwriter Eva Hillered led to Annika and Eva performing and recording the CD "Fehling/Hillered LIVE". Together they also formed the organization Singer-Songwriters of Sweden (SSOS).Being involved in the singer-songwriter networks and Songwriters Retreats Annika recently met and wrote with American artist Dana Cooper. As a result, Annika and Eva are invited to tour with him and co-write in the USA March 2005. In exchange, they are bringing Dana over to Sweden for a tour together in May.
