CHAR is a singer/songwriter who has a diverse sound. She is passionate and you feel it when she sings. Covington Groove is a collective of musicians; a growing family. They exist to bring people together through their love of live music and the energy of a good crowd.
CHAR & Covington Grove began a joint venture in 2017 after performing independently at a scholarship fundraising event. Since then they have been booked at the Martini Room - Elgin, IL, The Railcar Club - Chicago, Scoville Park Community Festival - Oak Park, IL and other local venues. The group brings more than twenty years of great musical chemistry and professional experience with them each time they hit the stage!
