Bio
Another Circus was born two years ago from well known musicians from the Rome music scene. Three members were part of seminal band Growing Concern who recorded three albums and toured Europe many times, achieving tremendous acclaim. They also went on to have important individual experiences with artists such as Dolores O' Riordan and Katy Perry. They have participated in the most important Italian music festivals and have many concerts lined up for the near future. Their song "Your Ghost" was chosen as the soundtrack for the Tezenis clothing company advertising campaign for Winter 2009/2010, that was omn heavy rotation on Italian national tv for many months. This song was very well received and helped Another Circus gain a higher profile and visibility.
Their music is inspired in equal parts by 80's pop and 90's rock, but they incorporate influences as diverse as country and electronic music, sometimes with an African and South American backbeat. The one common characteristic is the energy and intensity that each member continuosly expresses while playing, but never sacrificing an accessible, melodic sound that has a universal appeal.
Another Circus write and arrange their songs without any external help, and are currently busy writing material for their debut album.
