'antistar' should have been headling the Acadamy or the Apollo! instead it was the lucky patrons of the roadhouse that stood in awe and amazement while the four piece from manchester molested their ear drums.
With a sound that just doesnt seem to stop evolving throughout the set, antistar deliver a mindblowing show, and with anthems like 'Irevoltion', 'Panic Stations' and 'Middle England' these lads are surely going to be snapped up by a major label soon.
antistar played only a short thirty or so minute set but it was more than enough to convert anyone who wasn't already an adoring fan, my only criticism being that all of their self titled white label EP's sold out before I had a chance to get hold of one, so for now i I will have to go to another of their gigs, god-dammit!!! - the vault
