I'd say check this out and give it a listen: Then I would press play on the boombox on shoulder and show them the chorus to "Simple Life".

Biography

One of the perks of being the youngest of five children is getting to "borrow" your older siblings stuff. When Antonio was five years old he remembers listening to his brother Reyes's Discman on the sneaks. Two songs that he would repeatedly listen to were "Under the Bridge" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses. He would even offer his massage services in the form ...of walking on his brothers back, just to get a bit more listening time!

Eventually he started collecting CD's of his own, Amassing quite the collection from mail-order music clubs like "Columbia House" and "BMG Direct". After delving in many genres he eventually discovered the earthy tones of Amos Lee, Ryan Adams, and Ray LaMontagne; finding his musical identity along the way as a singer-songwriter.

Just out of college where he studied classical guitar and composition, Antonio entered the studio in January 2011 with Producer Zach Hollander (Andrew Byrd, Explosions in The Sky, Howie Day). The resulting album "The Romantic and The Realist" will be out in the fall of 2011.
