Bio
Anvue is currently recording our first full-length album with Jeff Cowan at Goldmine Studios in Ventura, Ca. The 13 song album is currently entitled, "Hearts, Trees, & Photographs".
Guitar is being recorded by Patrick Slaven, drums/percussion by Walter Rodriguez, bass by Matt Slaven, & vocals/harmonies by me- Sarah Rollins. Everything should be done next week, so please keep us in your prayers! : )
Straight from the heart, this music resonates truth in an authentic & uplifting way. So many times in our lives we long to be closer to getting to what we think will make us happier & more complete, but through life experiences we have come to find only One who truly and simply satisfies. This music is a journey of realizing that the things we see are only temporary and it is that which is unseen that is eternal. From this revelation the way we see ourselves, the way we see each other, and the way we see life is altered. From the heart and then in the mind this alteration results in a process of restoration that gives us a new view of life and the things to come. We create this music to simply inspire hearts & bring about life change. Our sound is driven by acoustic guitar with soulful alternative/folk rock melodies that are filled with hope & love.
