This is APE! A highly talented highly energetic originals band hailing from Cornwall. Over the past 3 and a half years they have grown into a formidable song writing machine, playing up and down the country at music venues and festivals alike, scratching up over 200 shows, which has gained them a lot of interest from not only UK based management companies, and labels,but as far a field as the US. They are currently recording a new album with world class producer John Cornfield, who's credits include the likes of Oasis, Muse, Razorlight, Athlete, Supergrass, The Verve, to name but a few. So it promises to be a bright future for this finely tuned well polished live act. .

Ape are a hard working Band that over the past three years have grown into tight unit and song writing machine , doing over 200 shows giving them extensive experience on how to put on a great show, record powerful melodic music and generally leave people wanting more. They have in the past year concentrated on finding their sound, the sound that expresses which direction they are moving, expresses who they are where they have been and where they are heading. This can be found in their most recent recorded work with John Cornfield. Ape wants now to move onto the next level in their music career. Their ambition is relentless, having over 30 songs in their arsenal, amongst of which would create an amazingly eclectic, powerful, uncompromising, unforgettable album with many choices for a single release. The next obvious thing would be for them to release an EP through iTunes.

Ape want now to move onto the next level, spreading their gigs far and wide across the UK and Europe , playing alongside already established bands with big followings and support, that play in top venues and on the big stage where Ape are right at home. This would then make the public more aware of Ape and their music, and to gain a bigger and wider fan base. Ape is looking to release an EP through iTunes and any other online resource outlet in the first half of the year 2010. They are now looking for a manager and good PR to help with their web presence / image / promotion and general hype leading up to and beyond the release of the EP. They will need someone with extensive experience in these fields. Ape is looking to do a promotional tour in the lead up to the release of the EP. Any endorsements would be gratefully received too. Ape wants someone with the drive to make the difference between just wanting to be heard and actually being heard! Someone with the right connections to festivals, major events, and promoters in all the major cites and towns across the UK. They want someone who can get Ape playing on as many Radio stations as possible, independent and commercial. Ape are a hard working band and want a manager with a passion to succeed .
