AprilMayReign

AprilMayReign was started in April 2008 by a few friends; Sam Lang, Vicente Contreras, and Nick Nodurft, looking to make music and play local shows for the fun and experience. Craig Mulcare was soon added as rhythm guitarist and Bryce Williams on synth. It was under this lineup that the Single 'The Shallows' was recorded. After its release, 'The Shallows' began to draw the attention of listeners online from various websites and soon AprilMayReign had begun building a fan base and playing local shows.

AprilMayReign has had to sacrifice and make many choices with band members, etc. to gain the respect of others and play the music they love and in December of 2008 the band mutually parted ways with Nick, Vicente and Bryce.

With hopes of starting over, AprilMayReign found Marvin Lopez for lead guitar and Doug Beveridge for drums. Former lead guitarist Nick Nodurft returned to play bass and do backup vocals for the band in January of 2009.

Since then the lineup has been solid and in tact in a way that the members feel confident and comfortable with. The band has been growing there fan base and live performance experience which is taken very seriously to gain fans from the sound quality and stage presence at every show. With shredding guitar solos, intense breakdowns, rhythmic melodies/progressions, catchy fast drum beats, and many different ranges and varieties of vocal patterns, AprilMayReign is looking to make a statement with their music and is seeking to stand apart from the normal blend of metal and hardcore that makes up the scene nowadays. The band just finished writing there Self-Titled Debut EP and is currently in the recording process.
