Hollywood, CA Apryl Hill has recently teamed up with Hollywood’s hottest indie A&R firm A&R Select to help promote her music. She has announced that work is under way on a new EP, as well as some other mystery projects.
Stylistically, Hill’s music encompasses a variety of styles. “I can’t really pin me down,” she says. “I write many styles, which are reflected on different CDs. I play rock, folk rock, blues rock, acoustic and more.”
“Her variety is a huge part of her appeal,” according to a spokesman for A&R Select, “and, naturally, the creative expression she lends to each genre she touches.”
“Music is my canvas to express many emotions I experience, or my view of life,” she offers by way of explaining her fierce eclecticism. “Any style of music is freakin’ awesome if it really has soul, grabs you somehow or means something to you,” she elaborates.
She has previously worked with Paradise Promotions and has toured with such artists as Warrant, Joan Jett, Motley Crue and others. Hill has hit all the major venues in Los Angeles and many of the best stages/festivals along the west coast and elsewhere.
Hill has appeared on MTV video guest spots, on radio and online. She has had songs featured in cinema and has appeared at a variety of music conventions.
When not performing, she is hard at work writing and preparing for recording in her studio as she plays all instruments and mixes cd's herself. Apryl also sits in and collaborates on many other artists pojects.

"Success is when you get what you want, Happiness is when you want what you get" My father was a country jammin musican,and all the Big 'ol Boys...(No name dropping here...Buuut..) Used to come to our house and jamm all nite, he'd wake me up to sing with them & handed me my 1st guitar at 5, told to write a song by the end of the week IIIFFF I wanted my allowance.(nooo pressure tthere..) Music became my toys to play with,,,Been playn 4 my supper ever since.. around all the music scenes...like my daaad, .. never stuck with a deal, (hardheaded?...that'd beee aaahhh....yeess!!) its not like that now ,record companies are not the only way, INDIES have overtaken the "norm"(HATE IT... always have Always Wiill !!!) .. have a million songs(last count...uummm),different styles (depending on the songs moooood...) writing what i ponder ...(keeps me from going completely insane!...(buuut... how would i knooow?aye?...) I'm ahh little sarcastic...(ya think!...) or visionary(ooohhh) in my songs...think about it ..(Timez Up!),, My different CD's carry my different styles...itz really freakin an experience doing it all myself!... also work in major television/films,(where alll broke musicians go..$$$ cha ching!!..)(YiKEZ!!) sooo... gigs and recording are in off seasons for now. stay tuned for my video's , song changes & other changes on my site often...(blah blah blah blah...)...Stay tuned!! For now i am the band! write/play all instruments/record and produce all music in my own studio.
