"Album review of "Weatherman""

Aqua Jones's vibe is loaded with sharp coolness and hip musicianship. "Stay With Me" kicks off their 4-song Ep with flare and a super crisp production. The other rocky-pop highlight on the disc is the blistering final cut, "Waking the Night". Overall, an excellently crafted radio-ready disc from this equally slick foursome. -A&R Select - A&R Select

AquaJones’ Liquid State

Influenced by the sounds and colors of Austin Texas, AquaJones delivers a rich and eclectic style of rock composed by a diverse group of four. The band released their first EP in 2011 titled “Weatherman” and followed up with a West Coast tour the same year, closing at West Hollywood’s famous Wiskey-A-Go-Go. The band comprised of vocalist and custom van fabricator, Cody Rodriguez and A/C wizard and guitarist Brent Merchant replaced two members early this year in bassist and chemical engineer student Corey Isaacks, and drummer/teacher Adrian Pedroza.

The combination has amassed fans from eclectic beginnings. Ambient borders surround a distinct low-end groove. The magnetic flow from the vocals create warm melodies on top of head bobbing rhythm from the drums. Influences individually are stark; distant. But together, the band melds together a bold sound entirely their own.

AquaJones is currently working on "uMove", their first full length album. The band is over the top excited for its release knowing they have created a true jewel that will shine through ears penetrating the souls with positive flow to their listeners.
