Bio
Arcane Roots are a three piece Rock band from Surrey, UK. They are; Andrew Groves - Guitar / VoxAdam Burton - Bass / BVoxDaryl Atkins - Drums / BVox They formed in 2007 after meeting at college, the original bassist left in December 2008 with Adam joining January 2009 They write what can be described as beautifuly jarring pop rock.Their Debut EP 'Brave The Sea' (recorded at Stakeout Studios, Richmond) was made available for download in August 2008, this brought them a lot of public interest as well as some label attention from Cut Out And Keep Records, with which they plan to do a single release with in 2009. After finishing 'Brave The Sea' they went back into the studio to record another 3 brand new tracks, within three days they had recieved over 1000 plays, 3 high profile tour support offers and management interest. They are currently gigging extensively around England and fast gaining a reputation for their electric and dynamic live performances. The also have a number of UK & European tours in the pipeline for Spring 2009.
