Arga Bileg

New ethno jazz troop Arga Bileg presents jazz music in a traditional, Mongolian folk context. All members of the group are professional musicians who fuse contemporary musical styles with traditional folk music. Proud of their cultural heritage, members of the troop look to encourage future generations to engage with Mongolian music and tradition.

Arga Bileg’s performances are staged with contemporary set design and they include electronic elements in their compositions and live set. They perform with traditional and contemporary dancers, often providing the live soundtrack for modern dance shows.
