Bio
In 2012, Argon was formed originally as "Argon And The Noble Gases." Starting out as a high school band, four friends got together and spent almost all their free time writing songs inspired by jam bands like the Grateful Dead. After a year of playing live shows, tightening their sound, and recording their first EP titled "Mantis EP," Argon experienced a major shift with the arrival of a new drummer. However, the pace of writing and performing continued until the middle of summer 2013 when they were given the opportunity to record their first, self titled album, which is soon to be released. After playing many local and regional shows in places like Connecticut, New York City, Brooklyn, Westchester, and recording their first professional album, Argon is ready and eager to get out in the music world.
