Bio
John F. Scott Jr. aka MrJ is a talented writer and music producer that has authored over 100 music tracks within the pop, hip-hop, r&b, and techno/dance genres. In addition to producing music he has performed live for various audiences in Texas and has been featured/interviewed by Sizzurp Magazine, Houston Media Source TV, Headshot TV, HardBodyTV and StreetHeat. His unique style causes audiences to think as he keenly brings awareness to social issues in a fun, yet hardcore manner.
One of the project’s singles, K.O.B.E., reflects his love for sports. K.O.B.E. is also an acronym for “Knocking Out Bad Environments” which is a program he desires to begin as he becomes successful within the entertainment industry. His “Knocking Out Bad Environments” campaign will be geared towards helping inner-city youth to overcome the obstacles they face while knocking out bad choices through empowering them with knowledge. This knowledge will be channeled through the arts and entertainment, entrepreneurial development, positive community events such as basketball tournaments and other sports related avenues.
