The best kept secret in music
Press
TB: When compared to your other experiences, what else is different about this act?
VH: ARM's songs are distinctive, we never do them the original style. We put an "ATL stamp" on them. Its fun to watch people recognize the song about half way through it; but, the original songs ARM performs is where my heart is.
TB: I’m not sure I would use the term "cross-over" to describe ARM's music becase it appeals to so many different kinds of people. But, what gives ARM's music and stage show this ability to attract so many different type of people?
VH: Every member of ARM comes from different places musically and no one is asked to leave their bags behind, so to speak. Creating music with each of our own wildly different influences enables ARM to create its universal appeal.
TB: Thank you so much Valerie!
VH: Thank you so much, please come see us live anytime!
TB: Most definitely

"An amazing amount of sound for 3 instruments; and that girl, such a powerful voice for such a little lady! ARM's in the pocket guitar riffs and catchy hooks will leave you begging for more. After hearing an ARM song just once, the chorus will stay with you the rest of the day. ARM is fronted by the sultry and seductive Valerie Hunter. She leads ARM with vigor, vibrancy, and conviction. Randall Gregg's infectious drum grooves give ARM the "butt-shakingness" that todays alternative rock music is lacking. Scott Ovrevik (Toes) brings the songs, melodies and lyrics to the table. Eric Naylor holds everything down with his rock steady bass lines. ARM is here to stay.
