Arrows to Fire was formed in 2016 by Austinite singer-songwriter John Joyo and French-American composer Chris Lavigne.
With a sound as big as Texas, Arrows to Fire delivers energetic guitar riffs, powerful vocals, clever lyrics, and a tight big-rig driving rhythm section that will ring in your head for days.
The band has been performing and selling out shows at legendary venues and festivals such as Antone’s or 3ten Austin City Limits Live, and keeping their sights firmly set on the global stage.
Arrows to Fire assembled a dream team to create their new album. It was recorded at the legendary Arlyn Studios (Coldplay, Gary Clark Jr, Lucinda Williams, Andre 3000, The Strokes) with co-producer Jacob Sciba (Gary Clark, Cody ChesnuTT, Willie Nelson) and mastering aficionado Howie Weinberg (The Ramones, Black Crowes, Metallica, Tool, Beastie Boys, PJ Harvey, Sonic Youth…).
2018 SXSW official selection, Arrows to Fire has been featured on many platforms, and was recently selected on the Amazon Original Playlist “Open Road,” performing an exclusive cover of “Radar Love”.
The band now has a steady following through their strong and growing online presence, gathering fans from all over the US, Latin America, Asia, Europe, and beyond.
With more than ~500,000 views on YouTube and their new album march 2018, Arrows to Fire is definitively on the “watch list” for 2018!
