Bio

"Arrows Into Oceans is the blend of 4 talented musicians who have roots in both England and Canada. These members have a history of playing in great bands such as the Matt Osborne Band, the Juno nominated Eccodek, The Dearhounds, Snack! and the Arun Pal band among others.
Having played in so many previous acts they spent years building their musicality, chops, vocabulary and passion for music. Between 2010-2012 they crossed paths and begin collaborating discovering an instant, natural ability to work together.
With a tremendous instinct for music they have created songs with strong melodies, diverse and infectious grooves, lots of energy and an inspired understanding of how to blend their unique styles. This up and coming band has received rave reviews for their self-titled debut CD, released in 2013.
Collectively Arrows Into Oceans have played throughout North America. Some highlights include CTV's Canada AM, Toronto's infamous Hughs Room, Centre in the Square, Maxwell's Music House, Hillside Festival, Sound of Music Festival, Nashville, Sounds of Summer Music Festival, Fed Hall, John F Ross Auditorium and many others. They peaked at #2 on the Reverb Nation Alternative Pop Charts and have received frequent airtime on CBC Radio, CKWR, CFRU, 570 news, I on Music and Rogers TV.
Arrows Into Oceans remain inspired to write and perform great music. The band is currently working on a live video project captured
from one of their CD Release performances and they are already in the midst of writing another album. Their live video single "Lights on the Stairs", has just been released and will be sure to create a buzz for those who yet to hear about this new and highly talented Canadian alternative rock band"
