Hailing from the south side of Chicago, IL, Art serves an aggressive blend of genres with the attitude of Slayer, volume of My Bloody Valentine and the rigor of the Smiths to create a sound that is simultaneously radio-friendly and undeniably unique and abrasive. Formed in 2015 and performing regularly since 2018, the band has already headlined such venues as Subterranean and Beat Kitchen and taken the DIY scene as storm, as well as appearances on local radio and the coveted SXSW festival in 2018.
