The Hip-Hop/Rock/Melodic Soul Crew Aritificial was started in 2008, by the extremely versatile Frogg (aka Nate Thurston). He had envisioned a hybrid of bass bumping club hits, and indie rock flavor. Incorporating everything from punk to crunk in the process. With that in mind, he started to develop his sound. Frogg has been lead singer/songwriter for several bands up and down the west coast, including E11elevan, Triple Crown etc. But it wasn't till he crossed paths with StranJer, (aka Mikey) that he found the sound he had been looking for. StranJer, who is originally from PA., brought his back pack/underground flavor, that he has been working on for over 11 yrs. to the table. And the two new that together they found the style that is second to none. Before Artificial, StranJer had been rocking up & down the east coast from N.Y. to Florida. StranJer has been a solo artist, and worked with crews such as RazorTag, and Cohearence etc. Now that Frogg & StranJer are back in Sin City, they are working on a new album "CURED" witch is a follow up to Artificial's debut album "Intro 2009". Frogg's lilly pad living, & StranJer's imaginary friend, in addition to being one of the hardest working crews in the studio. Artificial also has a stage presence that has been leaving crowds wanting more & more. With Frogg on Lyrics/Music, and StranJer on Lyrics, and the p.a. These crowd pleazer's have an explosive act, that is as unique, as it is entertaining! These self produced sin city stars, are on the move, and ready to take their sound to the next level. So keep your eyes, and ears open, because this is on act you don't wanna miss!
