Artinair is Jon Baritugo, Don Masakayan, and Kate Devlin.

A refreshingly new spin on modern rock, this Vancouver based group truly represents the rich cultural background of the city and have found a way make diversity work in harmony. With vocals that could be liked to a cross between Alanis Morisette & Gwen Stefani, bass influenced by Red Hot Chili Peppers, and guitars similar to Incubus, Artinair brings a fresh new vibe thatâ??s all their own. Vancouver based songwriter and producer Don Mcleod commented, â??the band seems tight and the singer can singâ?¦ I really like the vibe of this band.â??

Five months after the group was formed they were asked to perform at the â??Made in Vancouver Festivalâ?? during the 2010 Winter Olympics. The trio have been constantly writing new songs and have finished their first studio EP at the Armoury Studios produced by Joe Cruz.

The group is planning to tour in the summer of 2011 to support their EP album. Theyâ??re also preparing to launch their new website which will include lots of bonus videos and new material. The group also plans to perform at several music festivals this year. Expect big things to come from Artinair in 2011.

Having spent the last year perfecting their live show, writing new songs, and developing their brand, Artinair is preparing to enter the scene with a bang. Their upcoming album is called â??EP 1: Following Aliceâ?? produced by Joe Cruz. They will be releasing it on June, 2011.
