Art of Explosion

Hailing from the once sleepy central valley town made famous by John Fogerty, Art of Explosion is anything but stuck. Art of Explosion, as its name implies strives to fuse together the elements of raw enery rock n' roll with the melodic nature of pop music. Art of Explosion was founded and is comprised of verteran musicians and brothers Ian and Teo Lenzi. The Lenzi brothers first exploded onto the national music scene in 1999, when Ian was a member of 720-Record's Long Drive Home. Teo and Ian formally combined their musical aspirations through the creation of Poisoned Fate/33rd Street Records recording artist, Skys of Fire, in 2003. Between 1999 and 2006, Teo and Ian were fortunate to have worked with producers Dave Dominuez (Tupac Shakur, Guns and Roses, Papa Roach, Weezer, Offspring, Adema, Staind, Powerman5000, Ima Robot), and Pat Olguin (Wycleaf Jean, Papa Roach, Black Eyed Peas, E40). Additionally, the Lenzi brothers have shared the stage with national touring acts such as: Face to Face, Ours, No Motiv, The Starting Line, MxPx, Papa Roach, Dredge, Killswitch Engage, From First to Last, Endeverafter, Audiovent, The Juliana Theory, and many many more. After reuniting with producer Dave Dominguez in November 2008, Art of Explosion has been working extremely hard on their debut self-titled full length album. Additionally, in March of 2009 the Lenzi brothers brought in legendary producer, mixer, and songwriter Beau Hill (Warrant, Ratt, Winger, Europe) to mix and master their new record, which has a projected release date of January 2010!! While continually pushing themselves to the limit, Art of Explosion will never stop working hard in their pursuit of long-term success in the music industry.
