"Ascenthium wins Be the Next Superstar talent competition"

Ascenthium is the local Superstar group with $10,000 Prize!

After a red carpet of glamour and glitz, the grand finale of the Next Superstar got underway at the Bliss on Tuesday night. There was a line-up of favorite artists, but the occasion was all about who would be the first Superstar in season one of the show. The three worthy groups treated the audience to a last round of performances, but the highly anticipated moment of the big announcement came after eleven o’clock. It was a nail-biting and tense moment as the three finalists held hands to await the results and when it finally came; the live audience could not get enough. Duane Moody covered the red carpet and has a report of the grand finale.

It was a show of comradery as the winner of the talent competition and the ten thousand dollars grand prize was announced. Twenty-three performers eliminated and fourteen weeks of grueling competition later, Ascenthium was named Superstars.
