Bio

Exit 2 Enter is a Modern Rock/Alternative band of 14 and 15 year olds formed in the Chicago suburbs 2009. The current lineup includes Griffin Johnson as Lead Singer/Rhythm Guitar, Connor Jans on Lead Guitar, Ben Goldman on Bass, and Mitch Gorman on Drums. The band formed when Johnson and Jans decided to split from their earlier band to create one that would be more fun for them. Johnson had been talking to Goldman (Bass) about the band for a while and by February of 2009 Johnson and Jans decided to make the move. Their main influences include many Modern Rock, Pop Punk, and Post-Grunge bands including Paramore, A Day to Remember, and Foo Fighters. Exit 2 Enter's amount of talent does not match their age. Since starting in early 2009 at the ages of 12 and 13 Exit 2 Enter has been playing weekly shows at local venues as well as bigger festivals and events. In the summer of 2010, Exit 2 Enter was chosen out of over 200 Chicago bands to play as one of the five for The Taste of Chicago Battle of the Bands. They placed second to a Jazz group of 18 and 19 year olds. Exit 2 Enter also had the chance to play before a Chicago White Sox baseball game in July of 2010. Exit 2 Enter is currently working on their EP "Night and Day" due out on Itunes in November of 2010. They also plan on getting back into the studio to work on their Full Length album in late 2010 to early 2011.With their constant hooks and driving rhythms, Exit 2 Enter keeps people wanting to hear more. They will only get better in the coming years of the future.
