"ASHAAD XAVIER – “RIGHT AWAY”"

You need to check out Ashaad Xavier. Not tomorrow, not later on, but “Right Away.”

Ashaad Xavier dropped a wavy hit recently in the bumpin’ new track “Right Away,” produced by the very talented Qur’an & Moses. I haven’t heard a voice so pure on autotune like this. It’s like sticking a knife in a fresh jar of peanut butter, how smooth this track is. The flow of Ashaad’s lyricism is what really shines through in this track, especially with the ethereal beat in the background. Check out the track “Right Away” below, and enjoy! - Elevator Mag

Bio

Ashaad Xavier, while remaining more than just your average Hip-Hop artist, offers up witty lyrics delivered in his signature, unforgettable vocal style. Based out of Long Island, New York, there is a discernable east coast energy in his music. However, the distinct sound that defines Ashaad, is without borders.

From a young age, a love and appreciation for music was evident. This was in part curated by his father who had a deep respect for classic

Motown. As time went on, this translated into an appreciation for Hip-Hop, and in turn a passion for making it.

Currently, Ashaad Xavier is working on his first solo album, titled ‘Rated X’, to be released mid-spring via all major distribution platforms.

This project draws its sound from a diverse spectrum of production, including producers from all over the country. The influence each producer’s personal style brings to the table is highly notable, giving certain songs a southern feel, or perhaps a relaxed west coast vibe. New York energy, however, is always present, lending a hand to the overall feel of his sound.

Ashaad aspires to one day be able to change the way the listener relates to the artist. By making music, directly reflective of himself, as well as issues and struggles worldwide, he hopes to create a deeper bond between artist and patron.

With high standards for himself, as well as the Hip-Hop industry, one could say Ashaad Xavier has his work cut out for him in the meantime.
