"Tight & Melodic"

I like this arrangement a lot.
It flows very well between the intro, verses and the chorus.
It delivers a very distinct mood, and the musicianship is strong.
A good balance between the guitar work and drums / bass guitar.
The bridge really adds a full dimension to the song, with the vocals changing from a harmonic background vocals to the raw voice, "a la" Disturbed" style of singing.
Overall vocals are diversified and very efficient in the delivery of the mood.

Well written and a good mix and arrangement make this tune a for sure radio favorite!"

Bio

The members of Ash and Ember have been DIY for a long time, playing in local underground bands, up to regional acts, from hall rentals, to the Warped Tour. They know the formula for a great band and they are not strangers to each other having played together in various acts across the country for the past decade.

Ash & Ember began in November of 2006 and have kept themselves busy ever since, doing back to back weekend shows in and out of Ohio, garage recordings to hear what they sound like live, and raising the cash for a great sounding 5 song EP released in June of 2007 and full-length album due out in April of 2008. Their reputation among fans is steadfast and growing. They’ve received 35,000 plays on their Myspace account within 10 months of starting the page. Obviously, that’s how serious the local fans are taking them, and regionally they are being praised as the best band of the night everywhere they go.

They have a growing fan base in various locations such as Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, Colorado, and West Virginia. They continue to get it the van and play coffe shops, living rooms, bars, clubs, and major venues.

The goals for Ash & Ember aren’t limited, however they currently strive to get themselves out in the public and get their music heard. Making new friends and fans has always been the a priority, and that has become apparent in the short time they have been together. Most importantly having fun.

Some bands follow the trends but Ash & Ember will always lead from the frontlines, testing new creative ideas, like three dollar hand made T-shirts. Through their dedication, they won’t disappoint.
