Rock fans everywhere have seen what can happen when talent, passion and a unique take on modern Rock & Roll are fused with meaningful Lyrics. Anybody who’s banged their head to bands like Alter Bridge, Audio Slave, Avenged Sevenfold, BLS, GNR, Van Halen, and the list goes on….can understand why a huge sound and live performance are such an important part of who ASHER is. “It’s like a massive wall of sound, I don’t know of any other way to explain it… it’s just so big, “says Ben Melby (a very well known sound engineer that serves both the Minneapolis live music scene along with an extensive list of national acts). As you can probably imagine, getting this Minneapolis quartet on stage with the passion and energy that comes through their sound…live show’s are where it’s at. This fall the band took on a fresh name (formerly, Destnd Furthr) and will be releasing several songs early spring. "The biggest reason for the change was our new songs… We wanted a fresh name for fresh songs… Some similarities will still remain, but we have really evolved into the sound we want." - Jonathan
