Ashley Buchart

Ashley Buchart is best known as Colorado’s Country Angel. This singer/songwriter has been on Denver's radar for the past three years, and is about to take the music scene by storm. She uniquely blends an old time country sound with a slight rock undertone, creating a fresh take on country music. When paired with her dynamic stage presence, she packs a powerful show and appeals to all types of audiences. As a solo artist, Ashley has sung at many venues around the state both large and small, but no matter what the size, she rocked the mic’ each and every time. Of her many performances, some included The Grizzly Rose, Cowboys, Lannie Garret's Bar and Cabaret, Parker Country Festival, Nashville Songwriter's Festival, Archuleta County Fair and the Denver Arts Festival.
After graduating from the Denver School of the Arts (where she majored in vocal music), she decided to take her career to the next level. Ashley paired up with pop producer, Tommy Cangemi (who has worked with artists such as Rich Cronin of LFO, Mandy Moore, and Willa Ford), and guitarist, Matt Spinks, to release her debut album, “Trouble in a Pair of Shorts”, June 11th of 2009. This country, cross over rock album offers a variety of songs that anyone can relate to, and produces a sound that can charm any listener. For only being released a short while ago, her album is already receiving great reviews, and is drawing attention from management companies and radio stations in both Nashville TN, and CO. “Trouble In a Pair of Shorts”, was just recently released on ITUNES, June 30th, 2009, as well.
With her music starting to turn gears and pick up speed, she decided to trade in solo performing, to form her own band. Backed by some of the most talented musicians the Denver area has to offer, she was just recently asked to open for national touring act, KingBilly (as seen on GAC). Ashley Buchart and her band are a force to be reckoned with and are sure to leave their mark on Colorado’s music scene.
