Bio
Ashley Red saw the beginning of a music career in the streets of Florida, when Cass Cates (Singer) moved to Ft. Lauderdale in 2005. Meeting the other three members of the band, they began to explore through their different music influences ( rock, electronic, dance), until they found the one that today gives them their identity and makes them stand out from any other rock bands.
They created a great fan base playing locally and very soon they began to tour the east coast sharing the stage with bands like Sevendust, Velvet Revolver, 3 Doors Down and many others in venues like House of Blues in Chicago, and the Star Amp in Nashville.
In 2007 they won the contest to open Bon Jovi’s concert in Miami, securing their place as one of Florida’s favourite rock bands. They have also appeared on MTV’s My Super Sweet 16 and performed for the Florida Panther hockey grand opening game at the Bank Atlantic Arena.
Ashley Red have relocated in Hollywood, people can enjoy their shows at Viper Room, House of Blues and Cat Club or at Blue Martini and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Vegas.
They are currently working on their new album with Producer and Grammy Nominee Luigie Gonzalez (Ricky Martin, Barbra Streisand, Everything but the Girl) and it’s expected to be released December 2010.
