Since childhood, music has been a major part of both our lives. I discovered my love for singing when I was just 2 years old and began playing guitar and writing songs around the age of 12. Eric has played guitar for several years and teaches music at an elementary school. We believe that God has brought us together for many reasons, but one being to pursue music. After several years of leading worship and playing locally, we want to take our ministry to the next level and play more shows in different venues. Our music has an acoustic sound, with a coffee house feel. Since it's just us two, we are limited to what we can do on stage. We are praying that God will lead us to the right people to help our music grow and evolve. We hope to someday have a fuller sound with more instruments and an exciting show! Our musical influences are very diverse and include too many to list, but some are Bob Dylan, Eva Cassidy, Nichole Nordeman, Sara Groves, John Mayer, and Jon Foreman to name just a few. We think our lyrics set us apart from other bands. God really uses our quiet time and the word to speak lyrics into our hearts. So, when people say they connect with them, it's because He is speaking, not us! Basically our story is this- We love God, we love music, we know this is what we are called to do.
