Ashley Yoder / Ashley Yoder Music

Ashley Yoder currently resides in Delmar, DE. with her parents Jay and Amy Yoder. She has two brothers, Jason and Austin. Ashley is home schooled and she loves to sing southern gospel music. She started singing for her family at a very young age but the first time she sang in front of anyone else was when she was 5 years old at a school Christmas play. She sang "Sweet Baby Jesus".

Ashley's parents have always taken the children to southern gospel concerts and although she took piano for 2 years she felt God calling her in a different musical direction. One night they went to hear the southern gospel group "The Browns" and the Lord spoke to Ashley. She knew what she was suppose to do and that was to sing for HIM. Ashley realizes that a lot of people do not know Jesus Christ so her goal is to tell as many of them as she can about Jesus through her singing. Her Dad and Brothers also sing with her at some concerts and they have a lot of fun together serving the Lord. Also as part of Ashley's ministry she sings at 6 different nursing homes every month.

On Oct. 13, 2007 Ashley accepted Christ into her heart and was baptized on June 22, 2008. On Dec. 2008 Ashley was blessed to be able to go to Madison, NC. and record her first CD with Dean Hopper as her producer. Ashley has also just put out a 2nd CD in Sept. 2011. It is called Pass it on and Mark Carman was the producer. She has been going to the Steve Hurst School of Music since 2008. Ashley has shared the stage with The Browns, The Hoppers, Soul'd Out Quartet, The Taylor's, The Harvesters Quartet, Skyline Boys and The Promisedland Quartet. Ashley was also invited by The Talley's to Myrtle Beach, SC to do Singing in The Sun and The Gatlinburg, Gathering in Gatlinburg, TN. In 2011 Ashley signed with MCM Universal to record her next CD as well as obtain management and development services.

In Ashley's spare time she loves to ride horses, swim, shop, play volleyball, basketball, ride four wheelers and sea doo's, and spend time at the beach. But Ashley's number on thing is to do is... Live and Sing for Jesus Christ!
