AshtnMrtn is a singer-songwriter and producer from Brooklyn, NY. In 2015, he released his debut EP ‘Art Love Passion’, which gave listeners a glimpse into his world. This body of work shed light on his experiences in love, life and his journey to manhood.
Following the success of ‘ALP’, AshtnMrtn released his self titled EP in 2016. The EP spoke to a sleeker, more confident Ashtn with darker overtones. YouKnowIGotSoul.com said its “fresher, grittier notes […] pushes the envelope of elemental exploration further." Ashtn celebrated the release with a performance at the legendary Minton's Playroom in Harlem, NY. Through the popularity of his EP, he was featured on HARMAN’s Soundcheck Series, at the iconic SOBs and even went on to win an Ashford & Simpson Sugar Bar Indie Music Award for Best Indie Single.
