Blue Skies

Written By: George Rangel / Kim Mc Hargue

Blue skies won’t you stay with me,
Just a little while longer.
I’ve got my little baby by my side,
And I don’t know where I’m going.
Got to find my way, back home.

LA is so far away
I’ve got all my friends there.
If I can find a way to make it there,
I’ll somehow keep things going,
Day by day, going home.

Standing on a corner smoking cigarettes, minding my own
The next thing you know I have a woman, a child is born.
We move to the country to be happy, and find our own.
So far away from all my family, my friends my home.

Blue skies won’t you stay with me,
Just a little while longer.
I’ve got my little baby by my side,
And I don’t know where I’m going.
Got to find my way, back home.

Blue skies, when I’m feeling like
I won’t make it through the day.
I look up at you, and the feeling goes away,
I look up at you, and the feeling goes away,
I’m finally home.
I’m home.

Oh What a Feeling

Written By: George Rangel

I’ve been waiting for some time now baby,
To get close to you.
Have you near enough to whisper warm things
Right there in your ear.

Oh what a feeling,
Oh what a feeling

I’ve been waiting for some time now baby
To get close to you.
What I want is your sweet loving darling
And then you can go.

Oh, but I hope you’ll be staying.
Oh, do you hear what I’m saying.

I’ve been waiting for some time now baby,
To get close to you.
Have you near enough to whisper warm things
Right there in your ear.

Oh what a feeling,
Oh what a feeling

You're The One

Written By: G. Rangel, L. Garcia, Z Rodriguez

Well I’ve searched the whole world,
And I’ve gone from place to place,
Searching for love and affection,
Only to my dismay.

Now that I’ve finally found you,
My heart has found its place,
I can’t stop thinking about you,
Or the smile on your face.

Singing, hey lady.
Hey lady. Hey lady.
Lady, your the one.

Lady, I wasn’t born yesterday,
I haven’t got time to play, or messing around.
Baby, I’ve got one thing to say,
I love you everyday
That this world turns around.

Singing, hey lady.
Hey lady. Hey lady.
Lady, your the one.

Baby, I wasn’t born yesterday,
I haven’t got time to play, or messing around.
Lady, I’ve got one thing to say,
I love you everyday
That this world turns round.

I’m singing, hey lady.
Hey lady. Hey lady.
Lady, your the one.

Youngbird

Written By: George Rangel

Youngbird, flying with me,
Do you like the flight we’re on together?
Wondering here and there from place to place,
Wondering in the sky out into space.
Do you?

See the sunrise coming ,
Is it going to show us both a new way?
To fly together, fly together,
You and me, fly together.

Together on a path, that takes us somewhere,
Together you and me, now and forever.

Yes my Youngbird,
How I love the flight we’re on together.
I love the way I always hear you say,
Babe, let’s make our love more fullfilling,
And the way that every single day,
You seem to be a little bit more willing.
How I love you, yes I love you.
I love you, your my youngbird.

Together on a path, that takes us somewhere,
Together you and me, Now and forever.

Yes my Youngbird
You’re my Youngbird
Yes my Youngbird
You’re my Youngbird

I Believe

Written By: George Rangel/ Zamora Rodriguez

I look around in wonder, at what is going on.
Confusion all around me, the sun don’t always shine.
All you hear is bad news, on the TV.
Everyone is hiding, behind lock and key.

But that is not for me, there’s better things to see.
I know cause you are here with me.

Yes I believe, I believe that things are right.
Yes I believe.
I believe in the love that we share and we care about,
It makes it easy to see, I believe in you and me.

They ask you where you’re going, what do you see.
It has to have an order, fit logically.
They say that all that matters, in society,
Is that your life is set up, financially.

But that’s for you not me, I see things differently.
I still believe that love’s the key.

So sing with me, show a smile and let it be.
Just sing with me.
And you’ll see that the love that surrounds you is real,
It’s there for you and for me,
Take some it’s free, take some it’s free.

You're Everything To Me

Written By: George Rangel

If all the mountains were falling down
If there was no tomorrow.
My love for you would still stand its ground
From me you would hear no sorrow.

Cause babe, you’re everything to me.
Yes babe, you’re everything to me.

Loving like ours ain’t easily found
Loving like ours is special.
All I need do is just look around
And see that I have a treasure.

Destiny’s been good to me
Yeah that’s why I have you.
You please me so easily
Yeah that’s why I love you

Yes, if all the mountains were falling down
If there was no tomorrow.
My love for you would still stand its ground
From me you would hear no sorrow.

Cause babe, you’re everything to me.
Yes babe, you’re everything to me.
