Assailant is a four-piece progressive rock band from Dayton Ohio. Our influences range from Queensryche and Dream Theater, to Ozzy and Metallica. Our goal as a gigging band is to merge high energy with musical content, which has a great amount of positive attributes. On stage we harness all of the positive energy around us and focus it into our live performance. We approach the stage quite aggressively; no matter what venue we are playing. We convey a "concert" setting, with plenty of explosive, positive energy. We play a full set of originals. Our covers list consists of music from some of the most popular bands and artists in the world.
