Bio
Astrixion is an American heavy metal band from Killeen/Copperas Cove, Texas which formed in 2013. The four piece consists of lead vocalist/guitarist Ron (Rikko) Flores, guitarist/backing vocalist Joseph (LJ) Whaley, bassist/backing vocalist Justin (Tobey) Tobey, and drummer/backing vocalist Donovan (Big Drummer D) Haire. Astrixion is well known for its diverse heavy metal sound, powerful lyrics, aggressive playing style, and theatrical live shows. Astrixion has been repeatedly selected to share the stage with multiple National and global acts. To include, Audiotopsy, Motograter, Texas Hippie Coalition and Shaman's Harvest. Since its inception the band has been endorsed by Rudeboy clothing Soultone Cymbals, and Xcel Drumsticks. To date, the band has released one EP, “Breaking the Silence” and plans on releasing another EP early 2017.
