astronomy dopamine

dark days had fallen on josh (drums, vox) and matt(bass, vox) when they met through the wrong kinds of acquaintances. at this time, music was but a fond memory of better days, long subsided to worse pastimes.

ryan miller (the black one on guitar) was just hitting the scene. they noticed each other at a jam session and immediately picked one another out of the crowd and knew they could do a lot together. they started out with zack evans on drums. he deserves a mention and holds a place in astrodope history. zack is taking a sabbatical and recovering from an illness and we wish him well.

ryan and matt were drummerless for a split second before matt called josh; perhaps for the first time with constructive, positive motives and it didn't take long to know that this wouldn't be the same band without the three of us. we all write riffs, lyrics, titles, songs... everything. josh is the go-to guy for business strategy, hooks, and finding ways to segue from one badass riff to another.
