We are three senior year performing arts high school students. We all share a deep passion for music, pop punk and hardcore, and especially the playing and creation of it. Everyday, we try our best to make new fans and promote our music to as many people as possible. The band started in 2007 when Chris O’Kane (bass) and David Metcalfe (lead vocals and guitar) decided we wanted to become ROCKSTARS. Yes, we have very far-out imaginations. We immediately clicked and started making new music which we thought sounded good. Our friends agreed. For us, being Rock Stars is becoming a reality. We tried out for a Rising Starz Competition where A&R David Cox from Universal Music was a selection judge and chose us to continue in the competition. We took second place in January 2008 at The Living Arts Centre in Mississauga. We played a kick ass show on Canada day 2008 at Chinguacousy Park for the City of Brampton. Also, we performed in the CNE-Canadian National Exhibition Shining Stars Showcase…Fun Times in Toronto. Then we played some more shows at venues in Toronto and the GTA.
Dave says “that writing and creating songs is a surreal amount of fun and work, but there is nothing like that adrenaline rush when playing live on stage. We absolutely love playing to audiences.
