Alert the Press

Based out of Brooklyn, Alert the Press has spent the last few years honing both their signature sound and live show. The band has become known around New York City in popular music hotbeds like Brooklyn and the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Originally conceived in Ohio, Alert the Press gigged around the local hot spots and then went on to record an 11-song LP. Later that year, the members of the band, without their drummer, moved to Brooklyn in search of a brighter future. After a fortuitous event at a local Brooklyn pizza shop, Alert the Press found their new drummer and since then have been hard at work rehearsing, booking, promoting and gigging.
