""Ones to watch in 2013""

If you don’t know who these lads are already then wise up! HTF tipped them as their band to watch in 2013 and it looks like this year is starting off lovely for them! This Berkshire based quartet are fast coming one of the most talked about bands in the British underground. They turned heads at this years Reading and Leeds festivals and are planning on making 2013 their best year yet!

There’s certainly been bumps and knocks along the way, for example – singer Alex Green played for 6 months with a slipped disc in his back, due to not wanting to cancel shows. Around the same time, the singer also caught whooping cough shortly before he was due in the studio. Not a fan of cancellations, the vocalist was in the studio five days after his operation with the aid of a walking stick. – The man is insane!

The band are set to kick off 2013 in their finest form to date, with the release of debut single, ‘Can’t See The Light’, the first offering from a recording session with John Mitchell (You Me At Six, Enter Shikari, Lower Than Atlantis) at the back end of last year. - hitthefloor.co.uk

""Attention Thieves are fast becoming one of the most talked about bands in the British underground""

Berkshire based quartet Attention Thieves are fast coming one of the most talked about bands in the British underground. Their hard work on the live circuit for the last couple of years has been duly rewarded with opportunities such as BBC Introducing stage appearances at the Reading and Leeds festivals.

There’s certainly been bumps and knocks along the way, for example - singer Alex Green played for 6 months with a slipped disc in his back, due to not wanting to cancel shows. Around the same time, the singer also caught whooping cough shortly before he was due in the studio. Not a fan of cancellations, the vocalist was in the studio five days after his operation with the aid of a walking stick.

The band are set to kick off 2013 in their finest form to date, with the release of debut single, ‘Can’t See The Light’, the first offering from a recording session with John Mitchell (You Me At Six, Enter Shikari, Lower Than Atlantis) at the back end of last year. The single is a great introduction for what’s to come from the four piece and their passionate blend of melodic rock.
