Biography

AtticTilDawn is a British Rock Band which formed in 2011. Drawing upon inspiration from a handful of their favourite bands (Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Them Crooked Vultures...) the talented and ambitious group constitute: Alex Griffin whose fiery guitar solos and punchy riffs form an integral part of the songs, and Henry Sinclair whose frenetic drumming underpins every track, Jack Tustin whose unforgettable bass hooks play a key part in each song and the most recent addition, the charming Henry Beckwith - the bands' lead vocalist (who is occasionally accompanied by Griffin and Tustin who try their best at backing vocals.)

The band is partly unwilling to be tied to the single genre of rock, as their current songs are a quirky amalgamation of: Rock, acoustic, blues, (sometimes funk) and indie, whilst their busking repertoire has been known to vary depending on their mood on the day.
The passion for music is evident in everything they do, whether busking in Cambridge or jamming/recording in their "attic studio" created entirely by the guys (from the proceeds of their busking.)

The band's primary aim is that the music they create sparks a revival of pure, un-electronically tampered with, rock, which sadly is rare these days - an approach which allows us to reproduce our unique sound on stage.
