Attractive Nuisance (AN) is composed of five members: Mitch Egber (lead vocals, guitar): Jim Webb (keyboards, guitar, harp, vocals); Terry Browning (guitar); Steve Riedel (drums) and Geoff Livingston (bass, vocals).
We are a local Palm Beach County band. Some of the venues we have played are: Reef Road on Clematis Street; Ocean Grill and Sushi Bar in Palm Beach Gardens; Cruzan Ampitheater (VIP area); Connollys in Greenacres; Royal Palm Ale House; Gypsys Horse in Wellington;the holiday Boat Parade in North Palm Beach County; the Fourth of July Port St. Lucie official fireworks event.
We may be the only band in the country that has recorded and performed original songs composed by an autistic adult.
Merrick Egber, the son of our lead vocalist, is a 24 year old autistic adult who suffers from Aspergers, whose poetry has resulted in his writing the music and lyrics to several songs.The creative process has been a team effort with the band members offering both encouragement and support to Merrick in his endeavors.We may be the only band in the country that has recorded and performed original songs composed by an autistic adult - it is a great story how the developmentally disabled can enrich the lives of others. A few of the songs we have recorded are on the music section of this EPK.
