She likes David Bowie, PJ Harvey, Muse, Bjork, Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, Portishead, but Alain Bashung, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Rachelle Ferrell too. She comes from jazz. This is also in a jazz trio that she started before founding Funk For Sale (Subdivision-BMG) with Julien Van de Rosieren. The electro-funk french duo was illustrated in particular by signing the soundtrack of the online game “Banja” and one of their tracks was chosen for the soundtrack of "Ni pour ni contre" (a film directed by Cedric Klapisch). Audrey also sang "Central Park" chosen for the soundtrack of the movie "Douches froides" of Antony Cordier.

But it's her meeting with Lone Kent and Eric B. Barr in 2005, Audrey Lavergne owes his narrow escape. In 2007, she delivers, "Evil for Good" (NOA Music), a first powerful and captivating electro-pop-rock album that releases the fragility of an artist on edge. "I wanted to go after things and after myself" she said then. This timeless journey between the light and shadow will require evidence to go even further.

Two years later, she published "A la Folie", a second album, recorded in live conditions and the urgency of desire, with Antoine Hurault (guitars), Remi Amblard (keyboards), Olivier Soubeyran (bass and cello) and Mario Cimenti (drums). Now she faces the mirror that we are each other and confirms its artistic requirements with her third album "Facing Mirrors". She delivers more than ever an intimate music and an intense universe with multiple tones. Audrey is revealed little little, takes us into her inner world where she offers completely, exposing her weaknesses of soul, her doubts, her passions, her tears, against a backdrop of pop, always, but more still rock. The album was recorded and mixed by Andrew Lyden, Antoine Selle and Dominique Martin at Studio Elisa (Forges-les-Eaux), product and edited by Ari Sebag for Saft/Noa Music, and was mastered by John Dent (PJ Harvey, Robert Plant, Goldfrapp, Kula Shaker, Franz Ferdinand, Depeche Mode) at Loud Mastering (Taunton, England). Its output is preceded by the single "As It Comes,Take Life ", supported by a video directed by Marcel Nakache.
