Auranova

Auranova is a Latin rock group started by two passionate and talented south Texan singer songwriters. Damaso "Tony" Cantu (vocals, guitar) and Christopher Cohen (vocals,piano,guitar) are the primary members of the group and both are responsible for the creative direction of the bands musical vision. The band is supported by a cast of solid musicians: Jared Cota on lead guitar, Jair Vite on drums and Simon Hernandez on Bass.

The dynamic duo started the project back in the summer of 2009 while casually jamming out together. Since then, Chris and Tony have relocated the group at least three times across the U.S with hopes of landing a record deal and putting together a debut spanish rock album that will convey a positive message about life's tribulations with love and depression. Through out this musical journey together, both have refused to succumb to every scenario and test that all artists and musicians go through while making their climb to the top....
