Jake Bolander is the main founder of Aureate; he has been playing and touring for 6 years now. Also in the band is Kevin Thorsen and Taylor Andrew.

Aureate was born in 2008 under the name City Side View by two individuals from OKC. They quickly gained a reputation as one of the most fun and unique punk bands around. This has not changed only the name and the music. From lazars, strobes, and smoke machines. Aureates new music is more commercially viable. It will make you just want to get up and dance or break it down. One way or another you will be on your feet having the best time of your life at an Aureate show.
