Bio
Aurora, a pop punk band from Leominster, MA, formed in June of 2012 hit the ground running with the release of their first EP Fairweather in October of 2012. The free release was met with tremendous local support and received over 2,500 downloads on Bandcamp.com. Their sophomore EP Stepping Stones was released in March of 2013 and has gained praise for featuring various styles of pop punk. The album paved the way for the band to get an opening spot on the Worcester, MA date of the Lost Boys Tour with A loss For Words, Handguns, and Major League. Aurora is currently working on their 3rd release, an EP due out in the Spring of 2014. Changing Winds, an acoustic single was released on Friday, January 3, 2014.
'Changing Winds' was recorded, mixed & mastered by John Dello Iacono at Bridge East Studios in East Bridgewater, MA. John has engineering credits on Missers Distancing, Transits Young New England and Long Losts Save Yourself, Start Again.
