Bio

A band 10 years in the making, Autumn Road is the brainchild of two classically trained musicians who put their talents to use by bringing the world pop/rock music with passion and innovation. Warren McCallum and Chris Hayden met as band students in 1998 in Coppell, Texas as 6th grade students. Since that day they spent hours outside of the bandhalls, and sometimes in the bandhalls, playing and learning as many other instruments as they could. Chris took to the guitar and Warren took to the bass; it was a band from there on in.

Once the two reached high school, they continued with band. The two marched with the Coppell High School band in Dublin, Ireland and played in spots in Finland and London. All the while they were being high school students, Chris began to write and sing. Pretty soon Warren put his basslines on some of the songs and they went forward from there playing talent shows and school functions until graduation. By the end of high school Chris had recorded and produced 4 of his first tracks and Warren was ready to em bark on a post high school journey to Gothenberg Sweden.
While Warren studied music at Hulebacks Gymnasiet in Molnlycke Sweden, Chris began working with his vocal and talent coach, Dee Ann Nelson of forte vocal studios in Plano, Texas. Chris continued writing and when Warren returned they teamed up with Drummer Ryan Westerman, Keyboardists Jordan Rhyner (University of Southern California) and Grant Pittman of the Dallas band Auto Escape to record their debut album at Maximedia Studios in Dallas Texas.
Shortly after the departure of Drummer Ryan Westerman, Autumn Road rounded out their lineup with Brolen Jourdan on Drums and Adam Hayden (brother of vocalist Chris Hayden) on Guitars. Check them out playing around north Texas and soon in your area!
